A diverse and inclusive workforce provides a competitive advantage for all leaders who must solve hard problems, drive innovation and outperform their competition. The business case for why diversity leads to better business outcomes and makes organization more competitive is clear. But how can business professionals move from knowing diversity is important to overcoming inertia and taking steps toward creating a more inclusive culture at their organization? Using the new United States Intelligence Community approach and its four pillars of Awareness, Exposure, Action and Social Accountability as an example, this session reveals strategies to help leaders engage in the diversity and inclusion mission, and win. |

Refresh your memory on Ring’s Rules and come prepared as you and your classmates will be called on to participate in a case discussion where you will collectively analyze, assess and create a workable marketing solution to the business case. Your advance preparation is to read and analyze the case and take a position and come ready to defend it. *Registered attendees will be emailed the case prior to the weekend. |
