The Quittmeyer Society honors graduate business alumni of William & Mary who graduated 40 or more years ago and whose lives and careers reflect the vision, leadership, and enduring legacy of Dean Charles L. Quittmeyer. Dean Quittmeyer championed the advancement of business education at William & Mary, transforming it from a course of study into a distinguished degree program and laying the foundation for generations of business leaders.
Each year, the graduate business alumni class celebrating its 40th reunion is formally inducted into the Quittmeyer Society during the Graduate Business Alumni Celebration. New members receive a commemorative Quittmeyer Society pin and join a distinguished community of alumni whose lifelong connection to William & Mary continues to strengthen the Raymond A. Mason School of Business.
Membership in the Quittmeyer Society is more than a recognition of the past. It is an invitation to remain actively engaged with the business school, fellow alumni, and current students. Society members are encouraged to return to Miller Hall each year to reconnect with classmates, celebrate milestones, shared experiences, and witness firsthand the continued growth and impact of the school you helped build.
As stewards of the school's legacy, Quittmeyer Society members are also invited to support future generations through philanthropy.
